Joseph Zume, Geography and Earth Science – Zume has been appointed to the Cumberland County Planning Commission (CCPC) for a 4-year term. The CCPC works with the County’s Planning Division to implement plans that promote economic development, provide more housing and transportation choices, and protect clean air, land, and water throughout the County.
