Alumnus and attorney Donald Smith will present a virtual program offered through the Wyomissing Public Library on Thursday, February 25. Learn more about the program titled “The Second Founding and Voting Rights – a Review of the 15th Amendment, its Aftermath, the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and Today’s Attempts at Potential Voter Suppression.”
