The campus community is celebrating 17 Days of Kindness to celebrate the presidency of Laurie A. Carter, who ushered in her time as 17th president of Shippensburg University with a similar kindness campaign, leading up to her inauguration.

Throughout the 17 days, students faculty and staff have sent a variety of thank you notes, donated blood, volunteered in the community and joined together to create art and have a little fun together.

Carter departs from the university this summer to become the president of Lawrence University in Wisconsin. To close out the 17 Days, the campus is encouraged to share kind words of thanks with President Carter. You can share you thanks and memories here.
