As Ship celebrates 150 years of excellence, the Women’s Center will mark 35 years of empowerment for all. Join the celebration on September 23 at 4:00 p.m. on the front lawn of Horton Hall.
Created in 1986, the center was brought new resources to campus including counseling services for women and programing that would start new conversations and insights to the campus community. Today, it remains committed to the integrity of its origin with a focus on equality, empowerment and ending violence for all.
Guests are asked to wear green in honor of the center’s jade anniversary. Refreshments will be served.
