Luisa Reck is taking over Ship’s Instagram this week as part of the university’s International Education Week celebration. The week celebrates international education and exchange worldwide and Reck, an exchange student from Germany is ready to share her life at Ship.
Reck, whose home university is Leuphana University Lüneburg, is studying marketing this semester and is involved in several student organizations including choir, floor hockey, the International Student Organization and student chapter of the American Marketing Association. While she’s thriving at Ship now, she was a little nervous at first.
“Studying abroad was frightening to me at first, but my Ship family has helped me to feel welcomed and excited to continue my studies here. Living and studying at Ship is a unique experience for my life I never want to miss,” said Reck.
