Pablo Delis mentored biology majors Kaitlyn Hoerner and Kristian Broche who recently presented their preliminary research at the 53rd Annual Meeting of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania University Biologists, hosted virtually by Lock Haven University on April 9, 2022. The title of their presentation was “Survey of Amphibian Communities and Phenology in Vernal Pools and Wetlands at Letterkenny Army Depot, South-Central Pennsylvania: Implications for Conservation.” At the meeting, Kaitlyn and Kristian earned the First Prize Award in the Poster Session B in the area of Ecology and Organismal Biology.
