Lawrence M. Eppard, Sociology/Anthropology Dr. Eppard published his 4th book this summer titled The Poisoning of the American Mind on misinformation in America. In addition he published a journal article in August with 3 Ship students on the gender pay gap in America. Dr. Eppard also published an article in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette this month on misinformation and a 2nd article in Unsafe Science in July on tribal epistemology. Finally, he has just finished the manuscript for his 5th book, and is currently shopping for university presses this fall.
