It is such an honor to represent both my university and Delta Zeta. Homecoming is all about tradition, school pride and bringing people together, and I want to play a part in making it a memorable experience for everyone. Being on court isn’t just about the title—it’s about being a positive role model, celebrating the spirit of our community and uplifting others. Representing Delta Zeta on court means carrying forward our values of sisterhood, leadership and service. My sisters inspire me every day to grow as a leader, support those around me and live with kindness and purpose. For me, Homecoming Court is about more than just being recognized—it’s about celebrating the connections we share and being a genuine representative of school spirit.”

As a proud Hispanic woman, I want to celebrate representation, resilience, and community. I also want to honor Ms. Diane L Jefferson, our beloved former MSA director, whose dedication and support inspired so many of us to embrace our culture and leadership. By running, I hope to carry forward her legacy of inclusion and empowerment, while showing others that our voices and stories belong at the center of campus life.

I’ve stepped into roles where not only have I seen myself develop, but I have also connected with students through Peer Anchoring, Student Ambassadors, and the Asian American Pacific-Islander Organization (AAPIO) which has made serving my campus feel purposeful and fulfilling. Being on Homecoming Court is a way to shine a light on the students, faculty and the community that have made my journey possible.”
