Shippensburg University redshirt-sophomore running back Andre Weidman was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Football Offensive Athlete of the Week on Monday afternoon by the league office after a breakout performance in Saturday’s 43-14 victory over West Chester.
