In accordance with guidance from the Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights, Shippensburg University publishes an annual notice of nondiscrimination and contact information for the Title IX Coordinator and Deputy Title IX Coordinators. The university distributed that notice to the campus community at the start of the academic year; however, under the current pandemic, a Q & A has been developed and posted online at http://www.ship.edu/EIC, which addresses how the university is handling reports.
