The delay might hinder families’ ability to figure out how much additional funding may need to be borrowed for next year without knowing a conditional grant amount, said Trina Snyder, director of financial aid and scholarships at Shippensburg University. But there’s still plenty of time to nail that down since bills for the fall semester don’t come due until August.
