Steph Jirard, assistant provost for Graduate Studies, chief diversity officer and Title IX coordinator, was a speaker at the June 3 Black Lives Matter Rally in Carlisle. Jirard was featured in a story and photographs covering the event in The Sentinel.
“All lives matter, but it is a fact in the criminal justice system that black lives matter less,” said Jirard.
