The Shippensburg University Children’s Fair returns on April 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Ship Rec facility, located at 533 Lancaster Drive. The annual event is part of Ship Serves, the University’s service-learning program, and is made possible by student, faculty, and staff volunteers.

With COVID-19 mitigation protocols in place, children will enjoy a variety of grab-and-go crafts, activities and treats, as well as an outdoor adventure quest.

“Despite these changes, we are excited to see the return of the annual Children’s Fair. The Children’s Fair is an opportunity to connect and engage once again. It is a great way for parents, children, and Shippensburg University to celebrate the great community we are a part of,” explained Kayla Tyrrell, event volunteer and graduate student in the Organizational Development and Leadership program.

All visitors (ages two and up) and volunteers are required to wear a mask. Parking is available in the C-6 and L-1 lots with a map available here. For more information contact the Office of Community Engagement at community@ship.edu.
