First Friday returns to Shippensburg on June 4 and Shippensburg University is hosting and sponsoring two new attractions, a screening of “Wonder Woman 1984” and tours of the School of Engineering in the repurposed Steam Plant.
First Friday – June 4 Schedule
Ship Station (51 Fort Street) – 4:30 – 8:00 p.m.

- Tours of the School of Engineering by university admissions staff (a short walk along the Steam Plant Sculpture Path)

Movie under the Stars at Ship Station Field – sunset (approximately 8:20 p.m.)
- Wonder Woman 1984
- Bring a picnic blanket or folding chairs
- Seating is first-come-first-serve
- Snow cones and popcorn will be available for purchase from Shippensburg Community Parks and Recreation Authority (SCPRA) throughout the movie
Ship First Fridays is a collaboration of local non-profit organizations committed to building engaging and sustainable community programing that connects the local residents, the campus community and visitors.
