What do nearly 50 percent of our new students have in common? They are first-generation college students – students who are the first in their family to get a college degree. So much about college is new to all students, but first-gen students often don’t have anyone in their support system who understands the college experience.
Are you a Ship employee who shares the first-gen experience? The Students First program is looking for your help. We need champions for our first-gen students.
