Senior associate director of Athletics, Carrie Michaels, was named the Vice Chair of the NCAA Division II Management Council.  Management Council is a 28-member leadership group that is responsible for the day-to-day operations of NCAA Division II and is charged with recommending administrative policy and regulations pertaining to governance.
