The Luhrs Center invites you to a virtual performance of “The Roots of Black Music in America,” on Friday, February 16 at 7:00 p.m. Experience Karlus Trapp’s delightful, educational, and entertaining presentation with this 100 year journey back through time to hear, experience anew, and learn about the music of America’s black musical giants. It is a joyful show that comes alive through audience participation and interaction with singing, dancing, call and response and percussion playing. Karlus has presented this show to thousands of kids of all ages as well as adult audiences.
The event is free but registration is required.
