Shippensburg University’s Community Engagement Office is sponsoring a variety of opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to get involved with this spring:

Donate Hygiene Products: Throughout the month of March, donate your unused/unopened hygiene products to Women in Need and the Ship Student Food Pantry located in the Spiritual Center.

  • Donation Locations: The CUB Info Desk, Old Main by the Admissions Office, Grove Hall on the first floor by the computer lab, and by MCT 054

Volunteer at Children’s Fair Sign Up: Children’s Fair will be held on Saturday, April 10 from 10:00AM-1:00PM. While maintaining appropriate COVID-19 safety mitigations this annual community event will look different compared to previous years. We are looking for volunteers to help cut out crafts, chalk campus, and volunteer at the event.

Volunteer Virtually: If you’d like to get involved – but can’t contribute in-person, please visit our new ShipServes Virtually webpage to find an opportunity today!

Don’t forget after you serve the community to report your service via our Shippensburg University Service Reporting Form. You can report any service activity affiliated or not affiliated with Ship. The goal of this form is to have one place to track the amazing work our students, faculty, staff and alumni are doing and to have accurate records of the work being done.
