Gretchen Pierce, associate professor of History/Philosophy presented, “Help! I Have to Write a Food History Paper!” to first year students in a writing-intensive seminar at Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA. She talked to them about her own research and how to apply what she’d done to their own research projects.
