Toru Sato delivers online training on mindfulness

From Dec. 27, 2020 – Jan. 3, 2021, Toru Sato, psychology, offered a free online course for the community entitled, “Mindfulness for the New Year” through the Bosler Memorial Library in Carlisle, PA.  In response to requests from participants in these classes, he is currently creating various Guided Meditations on YouTube.

Allison Carey’s book gets top honors
