As president of the National Work Place Bullying Coaltion, Dr. Jerry Carbo has been able to put the Dignity at Work Act forward in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In both states, he along with many members of the NWBC and its allies testified in support of the bill. He testified as an expert in preventing workplace bullying. In RI they testified in front of the entire House and in MA, the testimony was in front of the joint Senate and House Labor Committee. The City Council of Boston, MA endorsed the legislation on August 18, 2021.
