Dr. Rahman and colleagues published a study titled: Keeping the ball rolling: using the S-O-R framework to investigate the determinants of football fan loyalty, in the Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics. The paper aims to understand how fan experiences impact football (soccer) fan loyalty using the stimulus-organism-response framework. The study found that fan loyalty is influenced by fanship and cumulative satisfaction with the team. Read it here.
