Dr. Matt Ramsey recently completed the second edition of his edited book, Issues of Culture and Conflict: Case Studies in Organizational Communication, for Kendall Hunt. His book is scheduled to be released in August, 2024. Additionally, his research study, “An Examination of University Students’ Perceptions of Physicians’ Humor Usage, Source Credibility, and Fear of Physician,” was published in Communication Research Reports. Dr. Ramsey also coauthored a research paper, titled: “Mediating Identity: Examining the Relationship between Self-handicapping and Students’ Willingness to Ask for Help,” with Shippensburg University Communication Studies student, Elizabeth Russell. The paper won top faculty paper honors for the Instructional Development Division of the Southern States Communication Association.
