Dr. Sara Grove, Dr. Michael Greenberg, and Dr. Mike Moltz presented the workshop, Recruitment and Retention of Public Employees, at the second annual Local Government Symposium sponsored by the Local Government Commission of the Pennsylvania General Assembly on Thursday, October 6, 2022. Joining Drs. Grove, Greenberg, and Moltz, were Lisa Schaefer, executive director of the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania and Tammy Shearer, recorder of deeds, Cumberland County and President of the Pennsylvania Association of Elected County Officials.
